What Do Psychics Really Do For Their Money

What is a Psychic?

A psychic is an ordinary person you could pass by on the street and never even notice. A psychic can be a man or a woman, a young adult, middle-aged or elderly, or of any linguistic or religious background. Psychics can drive a car, raise children, walk their dogs, or work full-time. They can wear jeans, running shoes, ride a bicycle, or go rollerblading.

People have the tendency to assume that psychics do not fit in normal society. Psychics have the undeserved reputation of being bizarre, eccentric and obscure. For a long time, they were portrayed as being mere fortune tellers, wearing colorful turbans and gazing at a crystal ball. Even though the gypsies are great psychics and follow a long tradition, this image offers a limited view of what a psychic today really is.

What a Psychic really is

First of all, the term fortune teller is inadequate to realistically describe a psychic. There is so much more to a psychic’s work than just impressing people with accurate readings about their future, love relationships or money. Foretelling the future is just a small aspect of the true meaning of being psychic, like the single facet of a diamond. The true nature of psychics has been hidden by a cloud of mystery and misunderstanding that has generated myths and fears into people’s imagination. The fear and confusion about psychics is directly related to the fear of the unknown...

Through meditation and prayer, your Sixth Sense will develop and your psychic awareness will increase. You may notice that while you meditate, your mind is more able to settle in a state of calm and alertness. When your mind sits still and quiets down, you can be receptive to the higher spiritual frequencies that surround you. As you cut out interference from your mind, your soul and your Spirit are free to come to the surface and express themselves. That is when the journey of self-discovery truly begins because you become in touch with your own soul, which is yourself. Becoming in touch with your soul, your true spiritual Self, brings you closer to your Spirit origins, and to your Spirit guides. When you reach this state of calmness and spiritual elevation, the gap between this material world and the realm of God and Spirit diminishes, and the Spirit World comes closer to your reach. Let the sensitivity of your Sixth Sense and of your awareness catch this Spiritual presence in your life and you will notice how quickly you make it a part of your everyday routine. It is now time to introduce the subtle, yet important distinction between a soul and a Spirit, and their relation to ourselves as human beings. Understanding the nature of your own soul will allow for a better understanding of what and how Spirits truly are, and the extent of their remarkable capacities.
